5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all forms, questions, and data you create on the platform ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Coach Laurien a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. We will not share or sell Your Content to third parties.

You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Content complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations relevant to your respondents.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses Google Gemini to assist with form generation. AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing any form.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, code, and original content (excluding Your Content), is the exclusive property of Coach Laurien and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability
